摘要
系统研究了Ge-ARS-H2C2O4-V(Ⅳ)体系极谱催化波的影响因素,测定了Ge-ARS-H2C2O4三元配合物的配合比为1∶2∶1。实验初步证明了该体系催化波为具有吸附性质的平行催化波。本法检出限为0.14ng·mL-1,相对标准偏差小于9.89%,标准回收率为93.70%~109.0%,0~50ng·mL-1的锗具有良好的线性关系。测定天然水中微量锗,与石墨炉原子吸收结果对比,相对误差小于10.83%。
A method for determination of trace germanium in natural water bypolarographic catalytic wave was reported. In the perchloric acid medium, germanium,alizarin red S and oxalic acid, a ternary complex was formed in the composition ratio of 1:2: 1. The detect limit of 0. 14ng/mL, the linear range of 0 ̄ 50ng/mL, the relatestandard deviation of less than 9. 89%, and the recovery of 93. 70% ̄ 109. 8% wereobtained. This method was sensitive, simple and accurate for the determination of tracegermanium in natural water samples.
