摘要
人民币汇率形成机制改革在过去一年中取得明显进展，金融部门和企业部门承受汇率波动的能力逐渐增强。但在全球国际收支失衡加深的环境下，中国宏观经济内外平衡的压力仍然居高不下。下一步，汇率机制改革的推进应适当兼顾名义汇率与实际汇率、有效汇率的分化问题，还需要寻求其它领域的改革与之配套和协调。
The reform of the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism has obtained considerable progress in the past year, and the financial sector and enterprises have gradually strengthened their capability to withstand exchange rate volatility. However, China＇s macro economy is still facing heavy pressures for keeping internal and external balance amid the deepening imbalance of payments globally. Efforts should be made on the following： promoting of exchange rate regime reform should give due consideration to the disparity among nominal, real and effective rates; also, reforms in other fields should be carried out to support and cooperate with the exchange rate reform.
