摘要
江都第一抽水站是我国兴建的第一座大型虹吸式轴流泵站,目前全站机组以及相关电气设备实现了自动化控制,其中用作断流的主要设备真空破坏阀的自动控制是泵站自动化控制系统的一个重要环节。现阐述了利用PLC,实现虹吸式轴流泵站真空破坏阀的自动控制的原理,给出了PLC输入、输出接线原理图、控制流程图以及PLC控制程序梯形图。
Jiang Du First Pumping Station is our country＇s first built large scale siphoning type axial-flow pumping station, at present pumping station＇s all units as well as units＇ related electrical equipments＇ automatic control operation is achieved, of which, the main equipment, vacuum break valve＇ automatic control, which is used for breaking the flow of water is the essential links of pumping station＇s automatic control system. This article has elaborated the theory of implementing automatic control of sipboning type axial-flow vacuum break valve using PLC, has provided PLC＇s input and output schematic diagram, control flow-chart as well as PLC＇s ladder diagram of control program.
