摘要
本文认为,西部地区高速公路类投资项目由于投资成本高,地区经济不发达,投入产出不合理,固定资产投资大,见效慢,政府扶持力度不够,项目发展处于初级阶段未实现规模经济,导致货币资金短缺,资产流动性差,资产负债率高,现金流量构成不均衡,资本金投入不足,偿债能力比较差,并且越来越严重地威胁到项目的可持续发展。
The author points out that there are some problems with the project of highway investment in western region, such as the problems of high investment cost, undeveloped regional economy, irrational input and output, the ineffective fixed asset investment, inefficient government support, not realized scale economy, the shortage of currency, the scarcity of liquidity, high debt-asset ratio, the imbalance structure of cash flow, inefficient capital input, and the low solvency. And these problems will threaten the sustainable development of this kind of project.
