摘要
医学工程部门已经是各个现代化医院的重要组成部分,然而医学工程人员在医院的地位和作用却被忽视,骨干人员流失严重。文中对此问题的原因及对策做了分析和阐述。
The medical engineering department is an important part in modem hospitals, but the status and functions of medical engineers are ignored, which result in the drain of the experts in this field. This paper analyses the reason and gives the countermeasure.
