摘要
阐述了工程技术人员在医疗设备的引进和管理工作中的作用,提出工程技术人员应勤学习、勤笔记、勤沟通、勤科研,在工作中充分展示自己的技术优势,体现自己的价值,从而提高自己的地位。
This paper introduces the roles of engineers in purchase and management of medical equipment. It suggests that engineer should pay attention to study, note, research and communication with clinical personnel frequently. They should give full play to their technique advantages and values well in work, thereby increases their position.
