摘要
目的：检测两种氧氟沙星片剂的生物利用度是否有差异。方法：９名志愿者交叉服用两种氧氟沙星片剂，用反相ＨＰＬＣ测定其血药浓度。结果：测得主要药物动力学参数为：试验片剂Ｔ１／２＝６．０８±０．８１ｈ，Ｔｍ＝１．０４±０．４７ｈ，ｃｍ＝３．０２±０．６９μｇ／ｍｌ，ＡＵＣ＝１９．６１±０．９９（μｇｈ）／ｍｌ；对照片剂Ｔ１／２＝５．４４±０．９２ｈ，Ｔｍ＝０．９１±０．４７ｈ，ｃｍ＝２．９５±０．７５μｇ／ｍｌ，ＡＵＣ＝１９．２０±１．５１（μｇｈ）／ｍｌ。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the difference of bioavailability between two ofloxacin tablets.METHOD:Two ofloxacin tablets from different factories were administrated crossing over in 9 volunteers.A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine ofloxacin in human plasma.RESULTS:The main pharmacokinetic of parmeters of sample tablets were T 1/2 =6.08±0.81 h,AUC=19.61±0.99 (μg·h)/ml,T m=1.04±0.47 h,c m=3.02±0.69 μg/ml,and those of the spiked sample tablets were T 1/2 = 5.44 ±0.92 h,AUC=19.20±1.51 (μg·h)/ml,T m=0.91±0.47 h,c m=2.95±0.75 μg/ml.CONCLUSION:There is no significant difference of bioavailability between two ofloxacin tablets(P>0.05).
