摘要 目的:用实验法测出利福平水溶液最稳定pH及3种缓冲剂对利福平水溶液稳定性的影响。方法:用恒温加速实验法研究利福平的稳定性。按中国药典(1990年版)法测定利福平的含量,对实验数据进行配对t检验。结果:绘制出pH-速度图,利福平含量配对t检验结果表明:含醋酸盐和硼酸盐缓冲剂两组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05),而含磷酸盐组与含硼酸盐或醋酸盐组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:利福平水溶液最稳定pH为6.0~7.0。利福平在硼酸盐或醋酸盐缓冲液中比在磷酸盐中稳定。 OBJECTIVE:To study the most stable pH value of rifampicin solution and effects of three kinds of buffers on the stability of rifampicin solution.METHOD:The stability of rifampicin was studied by classic method.The content of rifampicin solution was determined by Chinese pharmacopoea method(1990).The figure of pH lgk was done.RESULTS:The most stable pH value of rifampicin solution was observed.The paried t test for content of rifampicin indicated that rifampicin solution of acetate and borate had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the content of phosphate and acetate or borate had significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The most stable pH value of rifampicin solution is 6.0~7.0.The laboratory findings showed that rifampicin is more stable in borate or acetate buffer than in phosphate.Phosphate makes rifampicin to break up rapidly.
