摘要
理性主义是西方文化的认识论基础。理性主义的发展对西方国际关系理论的演进产生了深刻影响。早期的自由主义国际关系思想主要建立在价值理性基础上,而新自由主义和新现实主义则张扬了工具理性,当前建构主义体现了把工具理性和价值理性结合起来的实践理性。总体上看,西方国际关系理论的发展与深化是和理性主义的丰富与完善密切相关的。
Rationalism is the foundation of Western culture. The evolution of IR theories in the West has been deeply affected by the development of rationalism. Early liberalism was mainly founded on value rationality, while new liberalism and realism amplified instrumental rationality. Constructivism reflects the practice of rationality which embodies value rationality and instrumental rationality. Generally, the development and deepening of Western IR theories are closely related to the abundance and perfection of rationalism.
