摘要
视频图像是远程监视中的重要信息。文章针对图像信息的采集和处理,提出了在Windows平台上利用DirectShow技术捕捉并压缩视频,然后利用Socket编程将图像发送到远方的方案。最后经过实验,证明方案是可靠有效的。
Video is very important information to remote monitoring system. This paper gives a method for Windows system that video is captured and compressed by DirectShow technique and sent by Socket programming. Experimental results show the method is reliable and efficient.
