摘要
我国经济持续增长面临资源约束,建筑业是资源消耗大户。要解决资源约束与经济增长之间的矛盾,在建筑业要转变发展模式,发展循环经济。简要阐述循环经济基本原理的基础上,着重就建筑业发展循环经济的模式以及政策措施进行了分析。
Economic increase of our country is facing the restrain of resource. Meanwhile construction enterprise has been consuming large quantity of resources. To resolve the contradiction between resource restrain and Economic increase, it is necessary for construction enterprise to change developing model and grow circular economy.
