摘要
对发动机的主动隔振,提出了一种基于电流变技术的模糊半主动控制的研究。在介绍了模糊控制和电流变液特性的基础上,建立了发动机主动隔振的半主动控制模型,设计二输入单输出的模糊控制器,根据经验和理论分析制定模糊控制规则,运用MATLAB软件进行了被动控制与半主动控制的联合建模并仿真。仿真结果显示,与被动控制相比,模糊控制有很好的控制效果,使发动机的减振效果进一步提高。
A semi-active fuzzy control based on electro-rheology technology for active engine vibration isolation is studied in this paper. A semi-active control model is set up and a fuzzy controller with two inputs and one output is designed. The fuzzy control rules are established based on experiences and theoretical analysis and a simulation is performed using MATLAB software. The results show that the semi-active fuzzy control is more effective than the traditional passive control, and hence is conducive to the vibration reduction of engine.
