检测掺入桂油中合成肉桂醛的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过气相色谱/质谱分析鉴定了广东天然桂油中的肉桂醛等22种成分;分析了一些不同来源的合成肉桂醛样品,它们含有天然桂油中没有的合成肉桂醛时产生的副产物苯基戊二烯醛、苯甲醇、丁香酚以及与合成原料有关的二氯甲苯等特有杂质,可作为检出掺入天然桂油中合成肉桂醛的判据。实验表明,商品桂油只需一次常规的气相色谱/质谱测定,即能迅速简便地同时或逐一筛检上述各杂质。此法可检出掺入桂油中低至0.5%的合成肉桂醛。 Natural Chinese cassia oil contains about 80% cinnamic aldehyde,and this major component is often available synthetically at a low cost.Cassia oil and synthetic cinnamic aldehydewere analyzed by GC/MC in order to detect synthetic cinnamic aldehyde added to cassia oil.Theresults show that phenyl pentadienal(PPDA),benzyl alcohol, eugenol and others are present insynthetic cinnamic aldehyde and are absent in natural cassia oil.The above mentioned impuritiescharacteristic of the synthetic preduct or raw materials can be detected by GC/MS.The lower limit ofdetection of PPDA and benzyl alcohol for this method corresponds to about 0.5%of added syntheticcinnamic aldehyde to cassia oil.
