摘要
在总结有关基本农田保有量测算基础上,设计了省级区域基本农田测算的两种思路,并以江苏省为例,应用两种思路对江苏省基本农田保有量区间进行了估算。在综合权衡的基础上,确定江苏省基本农田保有量合理范围的上下限分别为420.8×104hm2和385.4×104hm2。同时结合计算结果及其分析,就江苏省基本农田保护提出了有关建议。
This paper summarizes the researches on the stock of primary cultivated land, and designes two models to calculate the province-level stock of primary farmland. With Jiangsu Province as an example, the paper estimates the stock of primary farmland of Jiangsu Province from 2005 to 2020 using the models.Through trading off the results calculated by different models, the paper determines the range of primary farmland stock of Jiangsu Province during 2005 and 2020 ,whose upper bound is 420.8 × 105ha, and lower limit 385.4 × 105 ha.Finally, according to the result and related analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions about improving the protection of primary farmland in Jiangsu Province.
