摘要
采用新新银盐分光光度法测定了牙痛一粒丸中砷的含量,对方法中各种测试条件试验做了系统研究,确定了最佳测定条件。结果表明此法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,砷的质量浓度在0—1mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.09%。
The arsenic content in the yatong yili pills was determined by the new spectrophotometry, the different testing conditions were investigated. The experimental condition were optimized. The result shown that the method of spectrophotometry is convenient for operation and has a high sensitivity and good reproducibility. The Beer＇s law is obeyed in the rang of 0-1mg/L of arsanic. The relative standard deviation is 2.09%.
