摘要
目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症的手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析508例甲状腺功能亢进手术治疗的临床资料。结果术后随访0．5～2年，无喉上及喉返神经损伤，无甲状腺功能亢进症复发，2例轻度甲状腺功能低下，1例手术后再出血者予再手术止血，全组无死亡病例。结论外科手术是治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的最佳方法，充分的术前准备及术式的改进可减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the surgical treatment effect of hyperthyroidism. Methods The clinical datas of 508 hyperthyroidism patient operation cure were reviewed. Results 2 cases had hypothyroidsim, no signs indicated injuries of superior laryngeal nerve and recurrent laryngeal, no recurrence of hyperthyroidism, no one died. Conclusion The thyroideetomy is the best treatment for the hyperthyroidism. Sufficient prepare before operation can reduce complications.
