摘要
目的总结手术加放射疗法治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效，探讨影响疗效的因素。方法回顾性分析84例瘢痕疙瘩病例资料，其中75例瘢痕疙瘩横径小于3cm者切除后直接缝合，24h内开始用深部X线放疗；9例横径大于3cm者切除后局部植皮，术后5d开始放疗，每次剂量均为200CGY，隔日1次，总量1600-2000CGY。结果全部病例随访2年以上，84例中74例痊愈，治愈率88.09％，好转8例，复发3例。结论手术加深部X线照射是治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效满意的方法。
Objective To sum up the effects of treating keloid with operation therapy and study the fators which influence the effects. Methods 84 cases of keloid by operation plus radiation therapy were analysed retrospectively when the keloid size was less than 3cm, it was directly excised and sutured postoperative radiotherapy was foiled within 24 hours. When the keloid size was more than 3cm, it was excised and skin-grafted. Poetoperative radiotherapy was performed from the 5th day after the operation. Results 74 cases were cure. The cure rate was 88.09 %. 8 cases were improved. 3 cases recurred partially. Conclusion The treatment effects of keloid by operation plus radiation therapy are satisfied.
