摘要 对一种HSLA-80钢板分别进行了调质处理和直接淬火加回火工艺的比较性试验研究。常规调质处理钢板在满足强度要求的同时可以获得夏比冲击功AKV(-85℃)=300 J以上的高韧性,同时具有100%的纤维状断口。而直接淬火加回火工艺可以获得更高的屈服强度,同时仍具有在-85℃可以接受的冲击韧性。 In the study on HSLA-80 steel the direct quenching and tempering (DQ-T) process was compared with conventional reheating quenching and tempering (RQ-T) process. The impact energy about 300 J and fully ductility fracture at -85℃ with high strength of specimens were obtained by RQ-T process. The yield strength of specimens obtained by DQ-T process was higher than that of RQ-T processed and the toughness at low temperature of specimens processed by DQ-T conformed to the requirements of the HSLA-80 standards.
