摘要
由于冷连轧负荷分配优化的数学模型精度不高,使得将负荷分配优化的结果直接用于生产过程中往往达不到最优,甚至会影响生产。为此提出使用基于模糊等价关系的模糊聚类分析法,利用现场实际使用的负荷分配对优化结果进行修正,使修正结果既能达到最优化,又能满足生产。以等功率负荷分配和等相对功率负荷分配为例,进行了修正前后的对比,获得了很好的效果。实践证明这种方法是有效的,为提高负荷分配的精度提供了一种修正措施。
Because the precision of mathematic models used for load distribution of tandem cold rolling is not high enough, it is difficult to obtain the optimum load distribution and then the production is affected. The fuzzy cluster analysis based on fuzzy equivalence relation can be used to correct the optimization results. The equal power and equal relative power distribution are used to correct and the results show that is able to improve the precision of load distribution.
