复合式氧化沟工艺处理城市污水 被引量:6

New approach to treating urban wastewater by means of a hybrid oxidation ditch process

摘要 为研究复合式氧化沟对有机废水的处理效能,利用有效容积为120L的模型反应器,研究了复合式氧化沟工艺处理城市污水的特性。结果表明,当HRT从55h逐步变为10h的过程中,复合式氧化沟对生活污水的COD及BOD,去除率分别可以保持在86%和92%以上,对NH4^+-N的去除率也达到了83%左右。在HRT为20h和25℃左右的室温条件下,即使COD、BOD,和NH4^+-N的质量浓度分别在125.30~492.00mg/L、56.26~249.44mg/L和20.00-32.91mg/L较大范围内波动,系统对它们的去除率都能保持在90%以上,使出水COD、BOD,和NH4^+-N质量浓度分别维持在3.74—47.01mg/L、0.93~11.45mg/L和0.28—3.26mg/L的范围,均达到国家要求的一级标准。因此,复合式氧化沟能有效去除污染物,且能较好地适应水质水量的变化,稳定性好,去除效率高,抗冲击负荷能力强。 The present paper is concerned with the authors' improved method named oxidation ditch process in treating urban wastewater at room temperature. As is known, the oxidation ditch process is a method to treat urban wastewater more efficiently. However, drawbacks are still exist with the method. In order to investigate its efficiency, a model hybrid oxidation ditch with an available volume of 120 L has been used by the present authors to treat the urban wastewater at room temperature about 25 ℃ . The result of this paper indicates that the hybrid oxidation ditch helps to remove the pollutants efficiently and steadily with its removing rates of COD, BOD5 and NH4^+ - N within a wide range of organic loading rate. When HRT decreases from 55 hours to 10 hours, the removing rates can be made to reach as high as 86% and 92% for COD and BOD5 respectively, while the removing rate of NH4^+ - N proves to be about 83 % . When the HRT was kept at 20 hours, both the COD, BOD5 removing rate and the NH4^+ - N removal rate could be made to reach 90% even if their influent concentration were 125.30 - 492.00 mg/L, 56.26 - 249.44 mg/L and 20.00 - 32.91 mg/L respectively. Thus, the effluent, with a COD, BOD5 and NH4^+ - N concentration of 3.74 - 47.01 mg/L, 0.93 - 11.45 mg/L and 0.28 - 3.26 mg/L respectively, is up to the state level-1 standard for safe sewage discharge and meet the needs for environment protection.
