摘要
由于民族地区的特殊性,正确处理民族问题,切实做好民族工作是我国构建民族地区社会主义和谐社会的题中之意。为此,必须巩固和发展社会主义民族关系,加强民族团结;落实科学发展观,促进民族地区的全面发展;促进自治权的有效行使,坚持和完善民族区域自治制度。
Due to the particularity of national regions, correct approach to national problems in the new century and the new stage can help and ensure the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
