摘要
循环经济是人类一项复杂的经济活动方式。试从系统学的视角把握系统学的内在规律,以使循环经济更好地实现它的功能。
Cycle economy is a kind of complicated activity of human. To grasp its internalrule and realyze its arm well, the paper trys to analyse cycle ecomomy from the pointview of system science.
