摘要目的:观察静脉应用胺碘酮治疗快速心房颤动的疗效。方法:选择各种心脏病引起的快速房颤患者,给予胺碘酮5 mg/kg用生理盐水20 m l稀释后缓慢静脉注射,如无效,30 m in后重新静脉注射2.5 mg/kg,观察复律情况及心室率的变化。结果:治疗有效41例,有效率达91.1%。结论:静脉应用胺碘酮治疗快速房颤疗效高,不良反应小。
