摘要
目的:探讨脑循环功能治疗仪对脑梗死患者神经功能及颅内血流的影响。方法:将60例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组除常规康复治疗外进行脑循环功能治疗仪治疗,于治疗前后进行TCD检查、神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗后治疗组和对照组患者神经功能缺损评分均有改善,但治疗组改善更明显;TCD检查提示治疗组治疗后颅内血流速度明显提高,与治疗前相比具有显著性意义。结论:脑循环治疗仪对脑梗死患者治疗有效,可促进患者神经功能的康复。
Objective：To explore the effects of CVFT（Cerebrevascular Function Therapy）. on nervous function and the blood velocity of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods：60 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treated group and con- trol group. The patients of the treated group had been treated with CVFT on the base of rehabilitation treatment. The control group only received rehabilitation treatment. Before and after treatment transcranial Color Doppler（TCD） was used to detect,and the neurological functional deficit scale were evaluated. Results： neurological functional deficit scale was improved and the blood velocity was increased significantly in the test group compared with that in the control. Conclusions： The CVFT has significant efficacy in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction, and it is a better way for recovery the function of extremities of patients with cerebral infarction.
