摘要
呼吸机相关性肺炎为机械通气患者最常见的医院感染。本文就引起重症监护室机械通气患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生的多种因素以及预防措施进行综述。通过做好消毒隔离,掌握正确吸痰方法,重视呼吸道和消化道的管理等各种预防措施,有效地降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,减少死亡率,降低医疗费用。
