摘要
人力是医院管理中最活跃、最富创造力,也是最难处理的因素。人的有效管理是高效利用现有物质资源的前提,手术室摊子大,人员多且复杂。本文就手术室护士长如何用人、影响人、激励人,调动人的积极性、主动性和创造性方面做了积极的探讨。
Human rescouroe was a factor of most brisk and creative power in management of hospital, alse was the hard factor to deal with. Prerequisitt for using existing material resource was the effect management to human, the operation room was a complex group, this article will discuss head nurse how to use, affect and transfer the member's initiative and creativeness.
