肝移植病人的术后疼痛 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察原位肝移植病人术后疼痛,评价肝移植术后疼痛治疗特点。方法48例接受改良背驮式原位肝移植手术病人分为肝癌组23例及肝炎肝硬化组25例,分别记录并比较各组拔管后10min、术后12、24、48、72h视觉模拟评分(VAS)及术中芬太尼用量,术后免疫抑制剂及激素用量,病人镇静、镇痛药的使用情况。结果肝癌组与肝炎肝硬化组一般情况相同,两组术后各时间点VAS及疼痛发生率差异均无显著意义。拔管后10min、术后12、24、48、72h总疼痛发生率分别为8·3%、21·8%、22·9%、12·5%、18·7%,多为轻中度疼痛(90·5%)。结论肝移植术后疼痛发生率较低、程度轻,肝癌与肝炎肝硬化病人肝移植术后疼痛差异无显著意义。
