The Petri Net Markup Language （PNML） is an XML based interchange format for Petri nets,which supports all kinds of Petri net types and provides an approach to exchange Petri net modules between Petri net tools.The conversion of Petri net incidence matrix and Petri net markup language is presented,and the details is discussed for appliying DOM API to analyzing Petri net markup language.
