摘要
采用X射线荧光靶线内标法测定黄金饰品中银含量,当w(Ag)<10%时,测定的标准偏差小于001%,测量平均值与标准值的偏差亦小于001%;当w(Ag)<8%时,测定的标准偏差小于004%,测量平均值与标准值的偏差小于007%。方法能较好地补偿了表面形状对测定结果的影响。
The determination of Ag in gold jewellery by target line internal standard XRF spectrometry is introduced in this paper. When w (Ag) in sample is in a range of 1%~8%,theaccuracyof 0.07% is obtained with precision of 0.04% SD. And when w (Ag) is <1%,better accuracy(0.01%) and precision(0.01% SD) are provided by this method. With compensation for the influence from surface shape of the sample effectively, the method has been applied to the determination of Ag in the samples in which Au contents are higher than 92%.
