摘要
对国产15种有代表性的不同变质程度的原煤用苯作溶剂经索氏提取,采用氧化铝柱层析法对提取液进行预分离、净化,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分别对上述提取液中的15种多环芳烃(PAHs)进行了定性、定量测定。为研究PAHs在不同煤种中的赋存规律,找出造成PAHs污染的主要煤种和主要污染形式提供了简便。
A method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 15 kinds of PAHs in 15 Chinese row coals with different coalification degrees was developed. Samples were extracted by Soxhlet with benzene and analyzed by HPLC after preconcentration and purification of the extractant by Al 2O 3 layer column chromatography. The method provided reliable data for identification of the coals with heavy pollution effect and for study on existance and pollution forms of PAHs in row coals.
