摘要
旅游流时空演变及其动力机制的研究很大程度上影响到区域旅游产品的开发和线路组织方式,对规划发展方向和旅游环境容量的确立具有指导意义。通过对旅行社线路组织方式的调查和实地踏勘,界定了西安旅游区的空间范围,按照旅游年鉴提供的统计数据,分别采用时间序列分析和回归分析方法,对西安旅游区入境旅游流时空演变特征进行了定量模拟与刻画。研究结果表明,西安旅游区入境旅游流强度随时间的演进逐渐增大,空间流向上逐渐分散,基尼系数降低,对个别旅游线路的依赖性逐渐弱化。按照宏观背景、原生动力、外生动力、目的地属性和偶发性事件等几个维度,解释了这种时空演变特征形成的动力机制。从系统调控角度,提出拓展旅游区域空间、构建大西安旅游圈、开发多元化旅游产品等措施对西安旅游区入境旅游流进行调控的建议。
It is a fundamental job to study the time-spatial varieties of foreign tourists and its reasons to the tour planning, which not only affects its products and its organization of tour routes, but also helps to establish its environmental capacities. Based on the extension of Xi＇an tourism district and the data offered by tourism yearbooks, the method of mathematics and regressions are used to deal with these data, and the tempo-spatial varieties characters of the foreign tourists flow in Xi＇an tourism district are simulated and depicted. The restilts show that the Xi＇an tourism district includes not only the city itself but also extended to Wei＇nan, Xianyang, Baoji, Tongchuan, Yangling, and some area of Yan＇an, but the analysis of this paper is limited in the first four cities. The results of regressions analysis shows that the numbers of its foreign tourists accepted by this district are increasing from the middle of 1990＇s to now, the number has accessed to 1 million, but the directions are dispersed and the Gini coefficient are becoming low and low, from 0.87 in 1994 decreased to 0.76 in 2002, which indicate that the tourists are not related more on some special routs, but the value in 2002 are also too high. After the depiction of the situation of foreign tourists flow in Xi＇an tourism district, the process of its situation is analyzed from the viewpoints of macro background, origin momentum outer momentum characteristics of destinations and accidental events. General speaking, the development of Chinese economy and the amending of the relation with other countries given the macro background of its increasing number, the resource and history of this area become the origin momentum, the traffic relation and cooperation with other district become the outer momentum, but the increasing mature of district tourism has led to the slowness of its inbound tourism and the accidental events, such as SAILS, often led to the waving of its number. Based on the analysis the tempo-spatial varieties mechanism of its foreign tourists, the systematical theory are introduced, and the application of this theory are proposed.
