摘要
本文主要探讨WebService/WebGIS在突发性旅游灾害事件应急预警信息系统中的应用。以ArcIMS和微软的.NET应用服务器为基础应用平台,建构了面向对象的突发性旅游灾害事件应急预警信息系统,系统集成了关系模型库、专家知识库、应用信息处理技术和GIS技术,并通过WSDL描述成Web服务,发布、注册和提供给服务对象。系统实现了突发事件状态下各相关服务对象的信息共享,提高了应急预警的时效性、敏感性和决策效能。
This paper mainly discusses the application of Web Service / Web GIS in the information system of emergency early warning concerning unexpected tourist disasters. This target-oriented system is constructed on the basis of Arc IMS and MicrosoR NET applied server as the basic application platform. In addition, a relationship model library, an expertise base, the applied information processing technology and the GIS technology are integrated into this system. They are described through WSDL as Web services, which can be issued, registered and offered to customers. This system will enable its related customers to share information in case of emergency, and thus improves its promptness, sensitiveness and efficiency of decision-making in emergency early warning. In terms of service offer, this system focuses on all the space data and their construction and re-occurrence of their application models. Based on these models and the relevant data bases, target-oriented package is made for various application services. Relevance model banks and data bases are constructed in this system. In view of its network context, space graphics of system model, grid generation, adjustment and modification, and the optimization of parameter transmission model are completed by using VC++ program as the main tool. They will be issued and transferred in the network with spontaneous interaction, in the process of visiting the data, this system uses ADO.NET technology, ADO.NET transmit the service of emergency early warning concerning unexpected tourist disasters though XML, transmit the space result data though GML. In the design of user's mutual scheme, this system offers the mutual service of three kinds of forms: 1)users visit the mutual service (users can serve and carry relevant inquiring about search and other services though the visit ); 2) serve to customize and develop (with the emergency early warning concerning tourist disasters platform, the link researcher of units can assemble and serve to each own application program to make centre service, local service and others; 3)users add serve (users can add serve or carry on issuing service here to the centre though authorizing.
