深Ⅱ度烧伤创面削痂深度的探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨深Ⅱ度烧伤创面削痂深度。方法:以深Ⅱ度烧伤为主并有削痂手术指征的烧伤患者共14例,每例患者同一创面分为2个对照区域,分别采用传统削痂(治疗组)及薄层削痂(对照组),对愈合情况比较。结果:两组创面愈合均良好(P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组疤痕轻(P<0.05)。结论:薄层削痂的手术方法出血少,止血容易,省时,易掌握,可减轻疤痕,不失为深Ⅱ度烧伤创面处理的一种有效新方法。
