喜普妙与百忧解治疗抑郁症的对照研究
摘要
目的:比较喜普妙与百忧解治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法:将60例抑郁症患者随机分为喜普妙组(30例)和百忧解组(30例),分别给予喜普妙和百忧解治疗6周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定其疗效和不良反应。结果:喜普妙与百忧解对抑郁症的疗效相当但喜普妙起效较快。结论:喜普妙治疗抑郁症效果肯定,不良反应少且轻。
