摘要
论述了建设工程招标投标中采用工程量清单招标方法的必要性，介绍了工程量清单招标的特点和优点，分析了其招标的工作程序，总结了招标的准备工作，以适应建筑市场发展的需要。
This paper diseusses the necessity of using BOQ bidding method in building works bidding, introduees its characteristics and advantages,analyzes its bidding process,and summarizes preparative works for bidding to fit for the needs of the development of construetion market.
