摘要 为解决RS232接口设备传输距离短、不便于组网等问题,根据CAN(ControllerArea Network)总线的传输距离远、抗干扰能力强、便于组网等特点,设计了基于CAN总线技术、串行通信技术和单片机技术的RS232-CAN协议转换器,给出了协议转换器的设计原理、软硬件设计方法及实际应用中的注意事项。该转换器使信号的传输距离达到10 km,通信速率可调,可组成具有多达110个节点的多机使用网络,对RS232接口设备及RS232接口设备与CAN接口设备的联机使用有重要意义。 In order to solve the problem of inconvenience in network construction and short transmission distance of RS232 and implement many COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) instruments in the environment water-quality detection with different interface for network, the paper presented the design decision, about the design method of converter in software and hardware protocol converter between RS232 to CAN ( Controller Area Network ) , and the precautions in the practical application. Centered on MCU ( Micro Controller Unit), this system adopted the software design method of internal storage pool. Through this system, it realized the conversion of the protocol between RS232 to CAN, and it is of great significance in the instrument with RS232 interface.
