摘要 用硝酸溶解Mo-Cu合金废料,回收金属钼和硝酸铜。研究了硝酸浓度和废Mo-Cu合金板破碎颗粒大小对反应速度的影响。实验结果表明,用硝酸处理Mo-Cu合金板材废料,可回收金属钼和硝酸铜,回收的金属钼粉纯度≥99.96%,杂质元素钾、铁、镍等含量很低;硝酸浓度控制在30%~40%,颗粒尺寸控制在2 ̄5mm,反应速度达到最大;用碱液处理反应过程中产生的氮氧化物,能有效消除其对环境的污染;在实际生产中Mo-Cu合金用硝酸处理后的进一步回收可直接并入工厂钼酸铵的生产系统,无需增加设备投资。 A technic that reclaims molybdenum and copper from waste Mo-Cu alloy plates with nitric acid disposal has been explored. Experiments prove that it may be reclaimed molybdenum and copper nitrate from waste Mo-Cu alloy plates with nitric acid disposal. The reaction rate is most rapid when nitric acid concentration is 30%-40%. The purity of reclaimed molybdenum powder is very high and the content of molybdenum is more than 99.96%. The impurity content of potassium and iron is very low. Enviromental pollution can be prevented by using de-NOx treatment with alkaline solution. The technic is easy to operate and the recovery process can perform in the production system, therefore it is not necessary to increase investment in equipments.
