摘要
对近20年来发展起来的主要分子标记技术作了简要介绍,并综述了近年来分子标记技术在水稻抗旱育种中的应用,重点介绍了水稻主要抗旱性状的QTL定位,最后分析了目前分子标记应用中存在的问题及发展策略和前景。
In this paper several main types of molecular marking technologies developed during the past two decades were introduced,and also reviews the recent progress of application of molecular marking technology in various aspects of rice drought resistence breeding was reviewed. The main QTL mapping of traits related to drought tolerance were present. The problems in the application of molecular marker at present and development strategies and prospects in the next period were analyzed.
