摘要
简要介绍了锤头型和发夹型核酶的结构、功能及催化机制,并对我国利用核酶抗植物病毒病害方面的研究和应用现状作一概述。
In the article introduces briefly the structure, function and catalytic mechanism of Hammerhead ribozyme and Hairpin ribozyme were briefly introduced and the recent studies and application of ribozyme on inhibiting the propagation of plant viruses in China were summarized.
