摘要
本系统采用产生式系统智能化选取最优的刀具结构尺寸,将特征建模系统原理与Pro/E特性中的基于特征的参数式建模相结合,建立基于特征的刀具模型,以特征为基本元进行尺寸计算和图形驱动。以软件VC++6·0作为编程语言实现友好的交互界面,使用Pro/Toolkit的参数化程序设计功能实现图形驱动,完成了基于特征的小模数齿轮滚刀模型的建立。
In this system, the production system is used to choose the optimum physical dimensions of gear hob. Combining the principles of feature-based product model and characteristic modeling function of Pro/ENGINEER, the dimension calculation and pattern driving based on features are realized. Using Visual C + + as program language to develop friendly environment and the function of parametefized implementation in Pro/Toolkit to drive patterns, the feature modeling of Gear- Hob with Small Modulus are established.
