摘要 心房颤动系临床上最常见的一种心律失常。心房重构是心房颤动发生和自我持续的核心环节,包括电重构、结构重构、组织重构、离子通道重构。 Atrial fibrillation is a kind of the most common arrhythmias. It is well-known that atrial remodeling, which includes electrical remodeling, structural remodeling, tissual remodeling and ion-channel remodeling, are the central contributors to the development and self-perpetuating of atrial fibrillation.
