3Y/3Y变极电机的绕组设计和转子槽漏抗计算法

摘要 针对36槽4/6极3Y/3Y变极电机绕组三支路感应电动势不平衡的问题,基于分裂线圈法,给出了绕组排列的新方法,确定了线圈分裂比。考虑转子导条集肤效应和磁场不同分布,采用正弦时变有限元法和能量法计算了不同极数下起动时和不同负载时的转子槽漏抗。通过绕组的重新排列和线圈分裂比的恰当选取,绕组的利用率得到提高,转子槽漏抗随负载增大而减小,与传统方法和实测值相比,考虑各转子槽饱和与分布不均匀的转子槽漏抗计算方法更加合理。 To the imbalance of three phase EMF of a 3Y/3Y pole-changing Motor with 36 slots and 4/6 Poles, the arrangement of windings and coil split ratio are given based on split coils method. Considering the skin effect of rotor bar and magnetic field distribution, the rotor slot leakage reactance of different poles and loads is calculated by sinusoidal time-varying finite element method and energy method. Through rearranging windings and choosing adequate coil split ratio, the availability of windings is improved, the rotor slot leakage reactance decreases along with the load increment. Compared to conventional method and experiment, the novel method which calculates rotor slot leakage reactance is more appropriate.
