摘要
结合近年来ADSS光缆设计、施工、运行中的实际，提出在综合感应电压和感应电场基础上的光缆挂点的设计方法与措施，并推荐典型杆塔挂点。
Thinking about the fact in designing, installing, running of ADSS cable in recent years, bring foward the design principle and ways according to the induced electric field and voltage, moreover, design the typical hanging point of pole and tower by means of analytic software.
