摘要
本文对关联式气体流量调节器的工作原理进行了分析,获得了气体流量与阀通径之间的函数关系,结果表明,此调节器的设计可以实现气体流量的梯度变化,为沉积梯度薄膜提供了可能。
In this paper,the working principle of the new related gas flow adjuster is discussed. The function relation of gas flow on valve hole area is achieved. The adjuster can achieve gas flowgradient change for depositing gradient thin film.
