摘要
弧面分度凸轮形状复杂,加工困难,探索其加工方法,一直被国内行家所重视。在原有靠模仿形专用机床上,进行老设备改造,走机电一体化道路,采用8098CPU为核心,配以16键16位显示单元,以及门阵列组成的硬件环配等组成控制加工系统,实现了计算机控制加工系统的研制工作,取得了满意的效果。
The machine work of the cams with curved surface is very difficult because of the complicated shape of cambered surface Nowadays many civil experts in the processing area havedone a lot of research work on it. on the basis of the special purposed profile modeling machine tools, We transformed the old-type equipment by means of the mechano-electronictechnology. The new processing control system consists of a 8098 CPU, a 16 bit display unit,etc. The research work has made great progress and got a satisfactory result.
