钢丝生产热处理过程温度的模糊控制研究

摘要 热处理过程是钢丝绳用钢丝生产中最为关键的,而热处理过程中加热炉的温度又直接影响产品的质量。本文以80C31单片机作为系统的智能部件,采用FUZZY控制策略,实现温度的准确测量和控制。在计算机仿真和实验室实验中取得了很好的结果。 The heat treatment process is of cruicial importance in the steel cable made of the steel wire, and the temperature of the heat treatment furnace in the process of the heat treatment directly affects the quality of the products, with 80C31 simple miccomputer as the intelligence component of the system,and the Fuzzy control strategy,adopted,the accurate measurement of and control over the temperature are observed here. Satisfactory results have been achieved in computer emulations and laboratory tests.
