摘要
①目的探讨高血压病人左室舒张功能的评价方法。②方法利用彩色多普勒血流显像和脉冲多普勒法对３０例高血压病人左室舒张功能进行评价。③结果高血压病人左室舒张功能减退，表现为左室快速充盈分数（ＲＦＦａ）降低，而心房收缩期充盈分数（ＡＦＦａ）增加。两种方法比较表明，彩色多普勒法测得的指标ＲＦＦａ，ＡＦＦａ，及心房收缩期与快速充盈期左室最大血流柱面积比之（ＡＦＡ／ＥＦＡ）的敏感性和准确性均优于脉冲法。④结论彩色多普勒血流显像是评价高血压左室舒张功能的较为理想的方法，并可推广应用于其它心脏疾患。
Objective To explore the methods for evaluation of LV diastolic function of hypertensive patients. Method The diastolic function of 30 patients with hypertension were studied with colour flowing imaging and pulsed doppler. The results were compared with 46 healthy people. Result The hypertensive patients had decreased diastolic function. The rapid filling fraction(RFFa) was decreased, the atrial filling fraction(AFFa) increased. the biggest blood flow area of left ventricle in atrial filling period and fast filling period were measured. The sensitivity and acuracy of color flowing imaging was supperior to that of pulsed doppler in measuring RFFa, AFFa and AFA/EFA. Conclusion Colour flowing imaging method was a more useful method in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function, and may be widely used in the other heart diseases.
