摘要
通过异丙醇油脂浸出工艺中使用渗透汽化膜分离技术回收浓缩异丙醇,以及在油脂精炼中使用超滤技术分离磷脂、色素和一些游离脂肪酸和能耗数据的对比,说明其在油脂工业中应用的优点,并展望膜分离技术的工业化前景。
By using pervaporation on recovery of high concentration IPA in oilseeds extraction processing of isopropyl alcohol, using uhrafihration on separating phospholipids, free fatty acid and other co-products from crudeoils, given difference of energy requirement, it illuminated the major advantages of membrane application in the oilseeds processing. Finally the potential application of this technology was predicted.
