摘要
本文采用加压微反-包谱-数据处理机联合装置研究了在丝光沸石催化剂上甲苯歧化反应的失活动力学。在反应温度425—485℃,反应压力1.52MPa,氢烃摩尔比6,甲苯空时3.5—6.5(g·h·mol^(-1))的条件下,进行了一系列试验。实验表明:催化剂失活过程分二个阶段。反应初期,失活速率较快;反应后期,失活速率较缓慢。采用独立失活类型,建立了分段的失活动力学模型。
The deactivation kinetics for the vapor-phase disproportionation of toluene over mordenite catalyst has been studied by using a combined unit of micro-reactor under pressure and gas chromatography. The reaction was performed under the conditions of reaction temperature 425-485℃, hydrogen pressure 1.52 MPa, molar ratio of hydrogen to toluene 6 and space time of toluene 3.5-6.5(g·h/mol).The experimental results show that the deactivation of the catalyst may be divided into two stages, in the initial stage, the deactivation rate is much faster than that in the later stage. Using the type of independent deactivation,a step deactivation kinetic model is correlated and the kinetic equations obtained fit the experimental data well.
