摘要
综述了晶粒长大过程模拟在国内外的研究进展,阐述了该研究领域主要采用的3种模拟方法(蒙特卡罗方法、元胞自动机法、扩散界面场变量模型方法),提出了该研究领域目前存在的问题及今后的研究方向。
Domestic and foreign progress in simulation of grain growth is reviewed in this paper. Three numerical methods （Monte-Carlo method, Cell Automation method, Diffuse interface field variable model ） employed in this field are presented. The present problem and development tendency in this field are pointed out.
